By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified healthcare professional authorized to purchase and use medical aesthetic products in your jurisdiction.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number to make any changes.
No minimum order is required. You can purchase single units or bulk quantities as needed. However, orders of $1,500 USD or more qualify for free shipping to eligible regions worldwide.

All orders are priced in USD. For international payments:

Wise: Please select USD as your transfer currency for accuracy and avoid exchange rate fluctuations.

Bank Transfer: We accept USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, HKD, CAD, SGD, CNY and other major currencies. The transferred amount must meet or exceed the USD invoice total based on the exchange rate at the time of transfer.

For US customers shipping via FedEx, certain specific products require the buyer's FedEx account number for customs clearance and regulatory compliance documentation.

We offer UPS All-Inclusive shipping service as an alternative for US customers only. This premium service covers all customs clearance and import duty costs, so you pay one fixed shipping fee without worrying about additional charges at delivery. A shipping surcharge applies. Please contact us for detailed pricing and availability for your specific order.
Standard Shipping: The buyer (recipient) is responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and any other government-imposed charges.

UPS All-Inclusive Service (US only): All duties and taxes are pre-paid and included in the upfront shipping surcharge — no additional charges at delivery.

LuxBio is not liable for delays, hold-ups, seizures, or destruction caused by customs authorities or regulatory compliance issues beyond our control.
Yes, tracking delays are normal depending on your shipment method:

UPS All-Inclusive: The tracking number is only generated after the package clears US customs, which can take 3–7 business days from shipment date.

Japan Post (EMS): Tracking updates may be infrequent or delayed, especially during transit through multiple regions.

International carriers: Updates can lag by 24–48 hours.

We will notify you as soon as tracking information becomes active. If your package shows no updates after 14+ business days, please contact us immediately.
🌡️ Cold Chain & Product Storage
Botulinum Toxin, dermal fillers, and other cold-chain products are shipped in insulated foam boxes with ice packs and thermal monitoring labels. We use expedited carriers to minimize transit time and maintain safe temperatures throughout shipping.
We cannot guarantee the exact temperature at the time of delivery. During summer months or extended transit times, ice packs may partially or fully melt, and products may arrive at room temperature.

Good news: Room temperature exposure for a short period has limited impact on Botulinum Toxin efficacy. Scientific studies show an estimated 5–10% reduction at most from brief shipping exposure. Toxin degradation is a gradual, long-term process — brief room-temperature exposure during transit does not cause immediate or complete loss of effectiveness.

Best practice: Please store the product in a refrigerator (2–8°C) immediately upon receipt to preserve full potency.

⚠️ If you have strict requirements regarding cold-chain temperature control throughout the entire shipping process, we kindly advise you to reconsider placing an order. We cannot accept refund requests or disputes arising from temperature-related concerns after shipment.
Yes, 100% authenticity guaranteed. All products are sourced directly from licensed manufacturers and authorized distributors. We verify authenticity against official manufacturer databases and maintain complete traceability from source to delivery. We welcome third-party verification through any accredited testing lab or manufacturer authentication service you prefer.
Yes, all products have valid expiry dates clearly marked on packaging. We maintain strict stock rotation practices to ensure you receive products with maximum shelf life remaining. If you have specific concerns about a product's shelf life or expiration date, please contact us before ordering.
📦 Returns & Refunds
Due to the specialized nature of medical-grade aesthetic products — cold-chain requirements, sterility standards, regulatory licensing, and professional-use only — all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after shipment. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing payment.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Your report should include:
  • Photos showing the damaged product or packaging
  • Product label, serial number, or batch code (if visible)
  • Your original order confirmation or order number
  • Brief description of the issue
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.
LuxBio is not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities or regulatory agencies. Import regulations vary significantly by country and region, and delays or confiscations are beyond our control.
