As someone who does a lot of research into the rheology of these products, I was impressed by how Hyalmass handles. The lift power is high, so it doesn’t migrate. I used it for my chin and nasolabial folds. One thing I noticed is that the syringe design is very ergonomic, which gives you better control over the pressure—very important since CaHA is thicker than what most people are used to. My only “con” is that you really need to know your anatomy because this isn’t easily reversible like HA fillers, but that’s just the nature of CaHA. Compared to the older versions of similar biostimulators, this one feels refined and doesn’t clump as much.
